Post by: The Warlord on July 24, 2003, 12:24:39 am Have been watching and playing awhile now with 0.2 version of the game and I did pass to the since 0.2 updated list.. ??? and there was a lot fixed allready is there way to me to update my sc2 from 0.2 alpha in unofficial way. Also, if the poster is not a registered user, we can't PM them the "RTF" message, and they'd just wonder where the question went, think the board is buggy, etc.

This is the way it should work. Every time a question like this shows up, one of us should advise the asker of said question to read the FAQ, and then the topic should be ignored forever. Minimum amount of fuzz, maximum amount of usefulness for the topic.

If it does, I'm sorry you must be in bad health. I just recently came back from a long hiatus away from the forums, and I for one was curious about 0.3 and whether had news had come up. Look at me, I'm definately not a n00b... lol. So I think every once in a while, these posts will come up. I don't think they hurt the forums. If this topic stays up, then other n00bs won't post more of them!
The only way I could see this topic being a problem is if there are two or three of them on the front page of the forum at one time. Topic 1: "When is the next version coming out?" We don't know. It'll be out when it's ready. Topic 2: "Help, there's this problem with the Mycon and Syreen." You need to go to the Mycon homeworld, not the sun device planet. The homeworld is Beta Scorpii something-or-other. After that, go to the Syreen and tell them the trap is set.
