Hand to eye coordination, muscular flexibility, adaptiblity to new situations, proper usage of the preposition "the" in a sentence, all sorts of things.
Also, you will be required to make a lot of smileys in your 500th post, dedicate it to me, and say something nice about the other enlightened. ;) However, if you are referring to a better position in the game young man, then I'd recommend ardent work, keeping your back straight and not letting those alien scum boss you around too much. It is doubtful it'll be added to this project, even after the 1.0 release, and even if it is, that's still a bit off.
