I've just bought a PS2 and it's really nice to play games on a lounge suit, vegging in front of the TV ;-) Plus, The Ur-Quan Masters is a remake of the 3DO version, therefore, it should be played on a console. Any chance guys? Thanks anyway Title: Re: Consoles Post by: guesst on November 18, 2003, 05:49:53 pm My computer is hooked up to use my tv for a display (lousy resolution, but good for this) and I have a logtech pad hooked up, so for me I ususally end up vegging infront of the TV to play UQM, and a few other games too.

Because you can get the PS2 for (almost) free at freevideogames.com. That's how I ordered a GBA to try porting UQM. I haven't actually recieved it yet, so I'm not positive it works, but it seems to be run by the same people as freedvds.com, and I have used that before. It's a kit that you buy, HDD, USB Keyboard & Mouse, Cable to plug the PS2 into a monitor and the Linux distribution compiled for the PS2 hardware...
