what are the clut's mentioned in the strtab file? Is this just referring to the palette entries? How are the palette indicies ordered? I assume that index 0 is the first color, index 16 is 2* the first color, etc. Also, is the structure for the xlt files the same as the ct's? What are these 22 byte .ct files such as lbm/victpals.ct and lbm/sunpals.ct? How do the color map numbers in the ani files correspond to the .ct files? The listed colors are 15 bit. When multiplied will they still be 15 bit, or are they bumped up to 24bit on multiplication? |
