you only have 4 years to complete your mission(5, if you do a side quest). after that its hurry like the wind.

it is possible to complete all quests in the time given to you.

heres a hint:
try not to mine all the time. just get what you need to fund your next quest. and always carry at least 2, if not more, cargo units with you. in case you find somrthing interesting along the way.

dont feel bad. i was minding my own buisness, mining just about half the map, when i was told game over, first time around. oops!

Mine for 1 year, and in the others, finish the quest. My suggestion, the Ilwrath space near sol. Lots of RU and Bios. The... space is good too. Well I don't know if you know them so I won't spoil.

i think i did too much exploring, i kept jumping here and there and here and there, and hyperspace time flys by really fast...

Ack! I must tell the place I like most! Delta Tauri !!

I managed to play that game yesterday and it was 2159 start (prolly 5th of January). The final battle is way too easy.  ::)

So, will the mycon and metachron discrepancies be corrected in v0.4? I think it's a lot worse for newbies not to know about these things than for the conversations to go a few seconds without speech.

And the Sa-matra slaughters most ships, it's just that after your first time through, you know what ship to use.
