Title: [ORZ]: Bug or Feature?
Post by: Dutch on December 04, 2002, 12:12:03 am
In the "campaign" game, I'm unable to rotate the turret of the Orz Nemesis in ship-to-ship combat.

Is this by design, or a bug?

Well that's odd, it work fine for me. You do know you have to hold down the Esc button while pressing the left or right arrow keys, right?

I'm using the right SHIFT and CTRL keys. It works fine in super-melee, but fails in campaign mode.

The controls differ from story mode and super melee.

I've noticed this... what's the point in that? Doesn't really matter though, because customizable keys are on the way.

I noticed this also. You must use space and esc buttons in campaign mode because if you press shift or ctrl, you won't be able to turn the ship or accelerate at the same time.

I have this problem as well.

Its related to a key - jamming issue, in that thanks to certain keyboards (including mine, mores the pity) the current combination of keys doesn't work if more than one is hit at once. This generally means that you can't manouver and fire at the same time in the full game- are you having that problem?
If so, it goes without saying that you're not going to be able to revolve the turret, because you have to use your 'special' button, as well as a movement key to make it happen.
