Title: Remix trouble
Post by: Daniel Spisak on December 25, 2003, 09:35:56 am
I followed the directions for installing the Remixes into the Addon folder, or I thought I did.  I don't hear the new tracks, so they don't seem to be playing.

I put the zip files:
C:\Games\The Ur-Quan Masters\content\packages\addons\uqmremix

Did you add --addon uqmremix to your game options?
If you are using windows, you can edit the desktop shortcut properties and just add that to the end of what you see in "target" space.

Yes, I added that into the command line and I used the UQM Loader program to select the addon.

It's all very strange if you ask me, lol.

You also have to keep the "default" data in the package files.  Anything outside of a zip will override anything inside of a zip, anywhere.
