You may say I'm being evil by posting this and hiding behind the subject.  ;)

Precursors are still alive and we're working, more or less, heheh. We're been still busy.. next remix pack needs few songs to be finished and compiled into a release pack. "When it's ready" to answer questions yet to be asked.

Now that I'm signed to a record company my time goes mostly for composing music for my solo album (original 80s synthdance music). However I like remixing, especially SC so I make time for it as well, and I know you guys are waiting the rest of the remix packs too ;)

I started couple of days ago remixing the Hyperspace theme, although it is simple song, it's probably one of the most hardest to remix, I like challenges and this is my second try ;)  Now that I know my way much better in the sequencer program I use for composing it's good time to try again. I've wanted to make hyperspace remix which would be true to the original yet remix and not just remake. This time I go for 80's style (which I love and it's probably the "My Style" too). I tried to find and program similar sounds, but higher quality, like the original has. Mostly the drums make the difference and are the carrying force of the original as well.

Now I'm being that evil I promised, so short clip.. low quality.. when it's finished full version will be somewhere  ;D

I am not getting the puzzle! - I got to the link finally and yes, I like the music. But what part of the puzzle am I missing?  >:(

And same in Finnish: Hemmetti, tämä aivan uskomaton pätkä pelasti sen masentavan päivän, kun täytin vuosia, ja huomasin olevani huomattavan paljon lähempänä 30v ikää, kuin 20v  :o :o :o

I dont like the small tone change on the 23rd second, I like the original better.

The background music is too "HAPPY" by my opinion and reminds me something old, but that I dont llike it doesn't mean others dont as well tho.

Sample clip doesn't contain part where that "23rd second" melody is with a bit different, more original, sounds. It's just to have more variation.

Happy thing puzzles me, because chords should be the same "happy" as in the original. Well, there's a lot you haven't heard.. I suspect the remix will be around 6-7 minutes long.

I think the music is fine - Though, it loaded REAL slow for me - It took about 6 minutes and I have broadband.
