but Kerry is a hotheaded lying idiot who can only point fingers, while clinton was coolheaded genius and lied far less then kerry does in 10 minutes.

Even if this baseless attack were true, that still puts him miles above the current ruler.

that flame thrower is pretty darn sweet. waste of money but sweet nonetheless.

I agree with gonsen that clinton was better then kerry, but clinton was a fool when it came to real decistions, like selling missle tech to the chinese.

why do you think bush is so bad?
do you hate bushes tax cut so much?
do you hate the fact that bush has gone after  PURE EVIL  and dangrous poeple, like Osama bin laden or Suddam Hussain?
do you hate the fact that bush does what he says he will?
do you hate that bush is looking towards the future instead of reacting to every little problem bush is blamed for?
or do you hate him just because hes a republican and that is democrats job?

who you should turn that blind hatred towards is the monsters who are killing American, and Iraqi, Military and civilians Alike each day in the middle east. they commit murder each day while the media twists it to look like American solders are the bad guys.

kerry has proven himself to lie whenever convinient.
I can give examples. Lots and LOTS of examples.
I can never trust kerry, who lies so readily.

Just for clarification, the thought behind my joke was that people getting themselves killed through stupidity, in an attempt to build and use similar flame throwers, would mean less votes for Bush, thereby implying that Bush gets proportionately more votes from stupid people than Kerry. It had nothing to do with people killing other people with flamethrowers.
Note that this is all very vague and simplistic, depending on how "stupid" is defined (intelligence, education, etc). I think I can get away with that in a joke though.

Also, while I realise it's partly my fault, this is getting very off-topic.
For some reason this thread is about a flame thrower; if people want to discuss the American elections, please make a separate thread for that. I didn't mean to start such a discusison, though I should have known when I made the joke.

Indeed. However Bio, if you make a thread, do remember what happened in the last one. Each one of your arguments got shot down and it all ended with you saying "We'll, I still think he's right".  Unfortunately, neither Death_999 or Nic show up that much anymore, so the argument wont have any logical opposing side. While I'm well aware of what makes Bush a sucky ruler for the outside world, I'm not well versed enough in the US situation to argue anything there.

But as stated, this is about the Flamethrower. I can just see a plague of wanna-be firebats blowing themselves up. For those who bothered to read onwards i nthe thread, the flamer he made seems to be likely to explode when the tank is low. And when that happens, I wouldn't want to be carrying it.

EDIT: Damn, didn't see there was one already. Oh well, into the fray!

I'm almost tempted to build one of those. But, even if I don't kill myself, the finnish police don't really like people having homemade flamethrowers. I'd get in trouble real quick

I recreated that out of my own head from reading Stupid White Men a while ago... its essentially the same right? I mean I didnt use quotes. Also I did not imply that I am either for or against MM. If you wanna know, I rather like him, but thats beside the point here.

I dunno, there was kind of a high pressure involved as well. You could probablöy hurt somone with that.

A friend of mine built a spud-gun powered by hairspray. I suppose if you could ignite it without it leading back to the bottle you could build one. Hairspray is a lot eaiser and much more legal to obtain than alcohol.

I used one of those to - you have to have the right kind of hairspray though.....
