just a quick question, did Star Control for the PC ever have voice overs?  I had it for DOS and I don't ever remember vocie overs but my friend does, so was it on PC as well or weere the vocie overs only for 3DO?

My PC version sure as hell didnt have any voice-overs.

Voices would have increased the size of this DOS program beyond the already HUGE 10 MB  :o that it used.  I doubt your friend remembers correctly.

Wow, Nostalgia overload, 10 mb being huge...
Considering my UQM folder is actually 700 MB due to all of the addon crap ive downloaded from everywhere (aftermath)

And they aren't memories of SC3 fused with internalized voices while playing SC2?

I don't think all the voices could fit on 4 floppies.  :P

The battle voices were there, but the intermission ones were most assuredly not.
