Title: Statistics plugin idea

I know this is kinda like wouldnt it be cool if.... but ... I'm not much of a programer so.. Has anyone considered making a plugin which creates statistics from melee and gameplay? IE, how many battles lost, Airlou VS Mycon losses so forth..

Actually, yes, I've mentioned this in the IRC channel before.
Not as a plugin though (there would have to be (small) changes throughout the code). This shouldn't be too hard to do, and I expect you'll see a version at some time which contains this option.
My main reason for this idea was to make new play challenges possible.

Divine intervention plays a big part in SC2, Pkunk or not =p

I remember once beating my all time personal best by killing every single race (i had to do two different battles =p) with a single arilou, i almost lost it against a mycon...I SWEAR i saw that plasmoid go right into my ship by no more than an instant before i reappeared...=p

It can be a while before anyone notices you if you say something. It's not a continuous chat event.
It's the prime communication method between developers. And between the developers and the remixing team too.
It's a good place if you have code questions or something like that.
If you just want to chat about SC2, you're probably better off on #starcontrol on EFNet, if that's still alive.

Eek, make sure there's an option to toggle the thing on and off if it is included in a distro. I always get paranoid about ruining my win average on a bad day in games that keep stats...
