Title: An Idea I've had since STARFLIGHT... Post by: Bartholomew on September 28, 2004, 12:33:10 am Would it be very hard to implement a "Captain's Log?" --IE, a page that shows (at the very least) what star systems and planets you've visited?
It could make life easier when you're looking for things, even minerals, but you can't remember where you've looked-- er, maybe I only have that problem... but it could be nice to have if you visit a lot of very hot stars before you can actually land on their planets, and you keep finding ruby worlds you can't actually touch... >sniffle< ::) A randomizer for the galaxy would be cool too, but near as I can tell, that's impossible. However, the names of the stars will be garbled: IE "Alpha Tauri" is on the bottomleft, while "Beta Tauri" might be on the bottomright.
