I can't completely download The Ur-Quan Masters.    I can play the game, but I don't get the voice files).  I have a suggestion for the the next installer:  Give a pause feature that allows you to pause the download, turn off your computer and finish it later.  I believe that this would greatly help more people get the full enjoyment of playing SC2.  

If only I didn't have dial-up ....

You don't need to use the installer to download any of the content. You can download the voice zips with whatever download manager you prefer and install them as described on the UQM download page (http://sc2.sourceforge.net/downloads.php).

Okay...but how do you do that?  The info page says this:  

NOTE: Because the content format has changed, you MUST uninstall any previous versions of UQM before installing v0.3! The installer downloads content packages automatically by default. However, if the content downloading fails for some reason (or you chose "Executable Only"), you need to get the zips yourself and put them (still zipped!) into content\packages\ directory under the dir where you installed UQM, e.g. "C:\Program Files\The Ur-Quan Masters\content\packages\" if you used default location. See "Content" below for links to the packages.

I don't know what their saying.  Can someone give me instructions for this.

Those are the instructions. Which part didn't you understand? If you have v0.3 installed, but without voice, you download the optional speech package (http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/sc2/uqm-0.3-voice.zip?download) and put it in the content/packages directory in the directory you told the installer to install UQM in and then you have speech.
