Title: Porting Movies?
Post by: JHGuitarFreak on June 06, 2005, 01:26:50 pm
how would you go about porting the beginning and ending movies from the 3do ver. into UQM? i saw that you could if you have the sc2 cd.

i have the original disk now, and i would rather have a 3do looking uqm...

now all i gotta do is how could i hook up a 3do controller to the comp and use it as a gamepad...

Since you own the rights to a copy, you can legally download an already-ripped version. Nic has one such version available on his server somewhere, but I'm not sure what the url is (you can try a forums search).

the floppy diskette version...
the PC CD-ROM ver...
the 3do version

It's not just your drive, my dvd drive won't read the 3DO disc either. It's not a big deal to me, since I liked the PC intro and ending better... but it would've been nice to have them there anyhoo.

well if anyone is willing to help, like giving the movie files up for download, or giving me a big hint as to where to download them, it would be a great help...
