    New Alliance of Free Stars
    Utwig, Supox, Orz, Earthling, Spathi, C20 Thraddash, Shofixti, Yehat, Pkunk, Chmmr, ZoqFotPik.

    Hegemonic Crux
    Ploxis, K'tang, Daktaklakpak, Doog, Clairconticlar, Harika & Yorn.

    Ur-Quan Hierarchy
    Ur-Quan, Umgah, VUX, Mycon, Spathi, Thraddash, Androsynth, Ilwrath.

    League of Sentient Races
    Chmmr, Human, Mycon, Orz, Pkunk, Spathi, Syreen, Ur-Quan, Utwig, VUX.

    Kohr Ah
    Kohr Ah

    Non-Races
    Druuge, SC2 Arilou, and all the others.

    I'll choose the Ur-Quan Hierarchy, they are just cool, with Dreadnoughts and enslaving everyone, not to mention that they took the Umgah, VUX, Mycon and others. Also, "Launch fighters on! :P"

The New Alliance of Free Stars.

They have got all those cool ships like the precursor vessel, the Eluder, the Jugger, the Blade, the Nemesis and they just go around beating up everybody while wondering why there are suddenly two kinds of Ur-Quan hanging around.

Old Alliance of Free Stars. Chenjesu, Human, and Yehat are the coolest.

Umgah and Spathi are the funniest, though.

Why? The answer is simple: it has the unbeatable ship, the Jugger. No other ship can beat it one on one ( besides the Broodhome, buy hey, the Chenjesu no longer exists! )

The Empire Of Ivanov, of course!

It consists mainly of humans, as I allowed Kohr-Ah to go on their killing spree, and freed the Chmmr just in time.
The battle between the Chmmr and the combined Kzer-Za Kohr-Ah armada weakened all the races and gave me time to assemble a fleet of my own to subjugate them, and turn them into slaves of my glorious empire!
MWAHAHAHAHAHA!

Kohr-Ah are quite cool :P They do not get sentimental or anything. They just cleanse.

Shame that I don't remember any quotes right now.

Although I liked the League of Sentient Races very much, although I missed my VERY FAVOURITE race, the Supox, and the VERY BEST ship, the Blade (of course!).
As such, the choice is obvious:
