Title: SDL.DLL file is linked to missing export USER32.DL Post by: builder_4500 on June 22, 2005, 04:08:24 am Hi! I just installed via download.com...got uqm-0.4.0-win32-installer.exe and ran it, had it download content only. Running it on Win95 machine. Install appeared to go OK.
When running, I get two error boxes "C:program Files\The Ur-Quan Masters\uqm.exe A device attached to the system is not functioning" and "The SDL>DLL file is linked to missing export USER32.DLL:GetAncestor" Is there any hope for me?! :-[ Thanks! Sorry if this is a repeat issue...I did search first without success. Title: Re: SDL.DLL file is linked to missing export USER3 Post by: Novus on June 22, 2005, 02:58:05 pm Apparently SDL 1.2.8 (at least the official binaries) broke compatiblity with Windows 95. Try downloading SDL 1.2.7 and using that instead.
