Title: install on win xp Post by: MW on December 04, 2005, 12:08:00 pm Hi guys. I've downloaded installer and content package (+voice and music), and have tried to installl UQM without connecting to the internet (I've put the source to be on CD). I still cannot install the game - installer claims that I don't have the required packages and should change the mirror. Packages are zipped, but when I unzzip them I still don't get the "*.UQM" files. What to do ?

The installer will only look in the current directory. So if you install from CD, you must make sure the current directory is the one with the packages. The solution is to install the game WITHOUT any extra packages and then manualy copy them into CONTENT\PACKAGES folder.
