early in the game i killed captain tanaka in delta gorno. i hear there is a brother, captain katana, but i can't find him . . . i have the shofixty maidens but no males . . . i would reproduce with them myself but, alas, the game won't allow interracial intercourse :D

also, i sold the burvixese caster back to the druuge for the rosy sphere, do i need it for something? i read here you can contact the ilwrath on channel 44, how do i do that? can't i use the ol' umgah caster to do it?

You can use the Umgah caster.  You use it when you enter the Ilwrath homeworld's star system.

There is a brother of Tanaka somewhere... can't remember where, so maybe Google for him...

Katana will show up in the same system, but only if you have the Shofixti maidens on board.

The Burvixese caster and Umgah caster are interchangable. You only need one to complete the game. The Druuge accept something else in return for the Rosy Sphere too though, and I'm not talking about crew. There's something much nicer you could do with the extra Caster.

Well, both casters can communicate with the "dill-rats" and they can call the melnorme at will in hyperspace, both are the same, except ones blue and the other is green... Oh yes, Katana will show up a month later in Delta Gorno (if you killed Tanaka) after u killed tanaka... (i think)

Yes, I was refering to ripping off the Druuge for fuel.

And a correction to my earlier statement, the two casters are not exactly equivalent. The Druuge are only interested in the Burvixese Caster (which is actually a Druuge Caster).
