Title: v0.2 for win?
Post by: thejames on December 24, 2002, 09:35:33 am
Is there a v0.2 for this "wonderful" Windows OS I'm running on?  I've been hearing about some of us who have it, but I'm beginning to think it's mainly CVS...

Any tips for those of us stuck with Windows?

Either compile the CVS, download what someone else has compiled or wait.

All ya had to do was scroll down for the topic that said, "link to win .2 here"  ;)

It is supposedly a .2 but the version number that loads for me is .12, so I don't know wtf it's supposed to be.  Either way, it's better than .1 as long as you don't hit the pause key--instant game lockup.

Pseudo-Orz?

i have *compilation* of game for all.  i have ftp serving capabilities on t1 line and more! email me for *best results* and i will *accomodate* as best as you can.  it is *pleasurable* to play on v0.2 in windows environment for bugs *stop playing* intermitent.

Maybe this is the way TFB produced the Orz dialogue?  Run English->French->German->Arabic->French->Spanish->English through Babelfish, add a few asterisks and hey presto..

btw, Lilypad, thanks for your offer.

Why don't you compile the game, put it up on your FTP site and then share the link with all of us?
