Title: Hello Post by: CaptainJay on September 10, 2006, 12:46:37 pm I'm new to these forums and the game and I've got to honestly say I enjoy the game; reading the wikipedia and the forums. I have no real history with Star Control 1,2 or whatever the heck is out there; but I'm sure a fan of this game now :)
I'd love to see more campaigns available and ship selection/customization allong the way; I'm not sure when this game project was started but I definately look forward to the developments of this game with or without another Star Control game as noted from the "Petittion" on the main page 'ere. Keep up the good work folks :) Graphics/Sound are pretty good room for improvement definately; but it looks like its on the right path! As such, you won't see "new That sucks; It would be nice if there were two 'campaign' sections though. "SC2" and "Fan-based" so we could tell the difference. It wouldn't be all that horrible for some good people to develop the story further even though the main developers are not able to. I suppose I just see a good story and figure "heh I wish there was more"; so yeah I sure do hope a SC3 with a niiice story to go along with it [hopefully a very long but not-boring story :)] :) |
