Title: Multiple copies of UQM
Post by: Captain_Smith on October 29, 2006, 02:16:00 am
One problem I run into occasionally (OS Windows XP):
I'm finding that sometimes when I double-click the UQM icon that two copies of it will start (and obviously mess things up).  To resolve, I usually have to go into the Task Manager and kill both copies.   Other than the obvious answer, is there a way to resolve this?

Umm... single click the UQM icon?   ;)

There is no reason why two running copies of UQM should mess things up on a modern OS, like XP. You can simply quit from one of the copies.

I'd say two proceses writing to the same configuration files at the same time counts as "messing things up".
