Title: Other TFB game Post by: Scott on December 30, 2002, 06:56:41 pm A while back I remember hearing that TFB was working on a medieval/fantasy game that they said SC2 fans would really like. Can anyone tell me anything more?

Medieval setting. The evil horde (red demon thingies) were rampaging through the countryside devouring every creature in sight, you had to fortify towns and fight off waves of horde creatures. If I recall correctly, "the Horde" was an easy project that TFB worked on to cool off after working feverishly (much to our benefit) on Star Control II. I'm not sure, but I think it was for PlayStation only.

But the Unholy War is mucho fun... Single player is kind of like Sci-Fi Battlechess 8) There are some great races in that game, would love to see some of them make it into a Star Control game. Heck, maybe the Unholy War happened in another quadrant of the galaxy ;D
