While I am fairly sure that there are very few Australian gamers on this forum apart from me i'm going to post this here anyway.

I have started a petition in an attempt to have the OFLC (office of film and Literature) introduced a R18+ rating in Australia. The lack of this rating means games such as Fallout 3 need to be heavily changed in order to be sold in Australia. If you are from Australia please post on my petition with your name and age and city clearly shown. Please do not post anything crude rude or abusive on the petition as it will likely have an adverse affect and i will remove it.

I heard they wouldn't sell Ninja Gaiden Black out in Australia. Pretty shitty deal, that's my favorite 3D console game of all time. You do what you have to. Even if petitions are mostly useless.

I live in (well, technically no but close enough) Sydney :) but am not much of a gamer and yeah, utterly useless petitions are.

Have you written to our fine leaders?

I am aware of how useless petitions are but remember where we are and what we are trying to achieve here. I mean we want TFB to release another SC and it is something that has only a very small margin for success. I figure that the people here are more likely to support last-ditch efforts.

Besides it has to change eventually and maybe my petition will finally tip their decision. Hey i know its not likely but I do have to be a little positive. I'm trying to find gaming forums where i can post a link to my petition in hope that i can get a huge collection of people signing it.
