Title: IRC Problems? Post by: Durandal on February 04, 2009, 12:23:03 am So, since I got a bit bored of working on ship sprites, I figured i'd check out the IRC channel to see if there was anybody on to melee. However, when I try to connect to the IRC channel it just lags out or something. Does anybody even use it anymore?

If you're having trouble connecting using the web irc client, try a standalone one. MIRC is an often used one for Windows, and for Unix-like systems irssi is a good one to run in a terminal. Though "irc.freenode.net" should rotate between servers.
