Title: Swords & Soldiers homage to Star Control Post by: nightshadow on May 22, 2009, 12:37:59 am As I was strolling trough the credits in the new wiiware game Swords & Soldiers (http://www.swordsandsoldiers.com/), i saw an homage to the Star Control universe, as these guys thank "Fwiffo the Spathi"!

I just teased the developers team a bit on their forum (see this thread (http://www.ronimo-games.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=73) ), and there are lots of responses regarding Star Control... :)

Too bad Swords & Soldiers isn't on WiiWare in North America, so I still have to wait to play the game; until then, I'll just watch gameplay videos online. It's great that they mentioned Fwiffo. They seem like great people. Let's hope it's not the last time Fwiffo gets thanked.
