You have to create separate account to use Bugzilla.
If your issue is more like "support request" than bug report and you want help from other users, etc, then feel free to write here. Thus, if your bug has been resolved, it will not be found.
So, be sure to select the other entries in the "Status" menu. This may be a leading cause of duplicate bugs. |
