Title: Keep crashing on start up

Just recently re downloaded and (re) installed Ur Quan masters, and it crashes everytime I try to run it. It says "The Ur-Quan Masters main executable has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience" If it helps at all, the program says "SDL_app" instead of Ur-Quan masters...

This information is insufficient for troubleshooting. If you want help, please tell us:

What operating system are you running UQM on (Windows, apparently, but which one?)
Which version of UQM you are using and where you downloaded it from
Whether UQM has previously worked on this machine
Whether removing the UQM configuration files helps resolve the issue
