I think an anti-NRA guy would fit the bill? Title: Re: Sin City and the mystery of Paddock's motive. Title: Re: Sin City and the mystery of Paddock's motive. Post by: Zanthius on October 07, 2017, 12:18:26 am that would make a nice movie. There is already a movie called Nerve, with a similar topic: (https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/3/3a/Nerve_2016_poster.png) http://www.imdb.com/title/tt3531824/ (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt3531824/) I am thinking that it might actually be possible to create a web page in dark web, where people are betting on whether or not people are going to be able to do different crazy things. The more crazy it is, the more people are willing to bet against it, and it might therefore have a tendency to become more and more extreme. The person performing the crazy act, could get a certain percentage from the pot. Paddock was into video poker. This seems like something some of those people addicted to video poker might be interested in. He also had several video cameras in his hotel room. Those could have been used to broadcast himself doing it to the Internet, where those betting on it were watching. Quote Stephen Paddock, the gunman who killed 58 people and injured more than 500 in Las Vegas on Sunday, set up a number of cameras in and around his hotel suite. http://www.bbc.com/news/world-us-canada-41493409 (http://www.bbc.com/news/world-us-canada-41493409) Title: Re: Sin City and the mystery of Paddock's motive. Post by: Zanthius on October 07, 2017, 10:11:10 am Look at this:
Quote An assassination market is a prediction market where any party can place a bet (using anonymous electronic money and pseudonymous remailers) on the date of death of a given individual, and collect a payoff if they "guess" the date accurately. This would incentivise assassination of individuals because the assassin, knowing when the action would take place, could profit by making an accurate bet on the time of the subject's death. Because the payoff is for accurately picking the date rather than performing the action of the assassin, it is substantially more difficult to assign criminal liability for the assassination.[1] https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Assassination_market (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Assassination_market) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xbGypiDik2E (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xbGypiDik2E) |
