To specify the resolution, add the parameter "-r widthxheight" to the command line you use to run UQM. To use OpenGL, add "-o", and to use fullscreen, add "-f". The procedure for using command line parameters depends on the OS and environment you are using, so I can't be more specific than that. Example: I start UQM using "uqm-debug -f -o -c biadapt -r 1280x960 -q high", to get full screen at 1280x960 using OpenGL with biadaptive filtering and high quality sound.
