I had some issues with my password (basically forgot the exact version of my password). I tried a few times. A few days later I tried again. Then I asked the system for a password reset, but never received a mail. I asked multiple times in the course of nearly a month, but never once received a mail. And yes, I did check my spam folders, mutiple times. Imtried again and again, Today I finally guessed he correct version, but still. Since this is an old version of the forum software, and it's not highly frequented, I wonder if the system broke without anyone noticing, whether it's intentionally not sending mails, and whether anyone will ever try to upgrade the software. Also, do new forum members receive their activation mail? Because if that's broken too, "we" will have a hard time finding new members. Maybe it's due to the old SMF forum code conflicting with a newer than is recommended version of PHP? After all this SMF version is 1.1.21 while the most up-to-date version is 2.1 RC3.
