and as an obvious sentence: "On my way home, I encountered a VUX Intruder. Before I destroyed it the VUX was able to affix some of those vile limpet things to my ship and I had to return home at a greatly diminished speed." now comeon how can possibly a 1 crew guy can actually destroy an intruder without even using the glory device? :P Title: Re: Isn't that funny? I can see it happening.

It's like he specifically tried to get hit by as many of them as he could. That or he got careless and was hit by a few and the VUX captain went limpet-happy, cackling madly as he emptied his entire battery into his limpet launchers. Forgetting that he had no crew in the ship besides himself.
...what really ticks me off is when the dork FLIES himself into the planet while you're escaping out of the battle (and can't gravity whip past it cause of limpet-ness). Title: Re: Isn't that funny? You'd pick a fight with anyone who'd kill you in battle, but he is such a great warrior that he can't just give up, and usually ends up winning, poor guy. Title: Re: Isn't that funny?
