If you mean a commercial remake by Accolade, then it probably isn't going to happen.
As for an official remake of SC3, not very likely, the game is still on sale. There are fanbased projects on the net trying to make a sequel, such as Timewarp, but they are most likely going to ignore the story of the "official" SC3.. |
