Damnation!

The e-mail telling about the program looked innocent enough, and I wasn't maybe as alert as I should have.

But alas, it turned out to be the exact replica of GalCiv III Founders' Program, with the exception of sending those e-mails beforehand.
TBH, I feel the survey to be smokescreen, everyone who bothers to answer will be offered the $99.99 deal.

This demo already is awesome.

As the ending is easily really soon at hand, I decided to go exploring. By exploring, I mean going through star systems methodically, mining for exotic materials and all bio while taking notes of best bio and/or mineral systems.

One oddity I came across: around beginning of June 2169 the sheres of influence disappear. Same happens to Alliance ships is home systems. Starbases are still there and no one seems to notice anything unusual (or anything at all). Is this a leftover from UQM (SC2 time limit), or something related to P6014 plot?

It clearly does, since the schematics for all those starting modules were aboard the Vindicator (same computer, remember?). So your answer is the kitted out, homing hellbore monstrosity of a combat ship we all know and love. Wink
But you buy all that more andvanced stuff from Melnorme.

So, I think that if the factory had had enough materials to complete the ship, it would just have been full of same modules it has in the beginning.

- melee E (1 AP, using Power Baton)
- if Zek not stunned (or dead, stunned of course the preference here), melee E (2nd AP, usin Power Baton), otherwise last AP decided later

I thought the Marine wouldn't get a strike, since I'll be still adjacent to it...

plan A:
- move N, N, W (=Fleet Feet movement)
- move W, W (= 1st AP used)
- Psychic flash (= 2nd AP used)

plan B:
- move N, N, W (=Fleet Feet movement)
- move W, Psychic flash (= 1st AP used)
- decide 2nd AP later

OOC: here again the Rules need clarification - is movement from straight adjacent to diagonally adjacent considered "moving out of melee range" ? IMHO not, keyword here "adjacent", even if special weaponry is needed (like Ilwrath Bonecrusher) to melee diagonally. If the ruling is "Marine gets free strike with its Power baton" then my action is plan B, if the ruling is "Marine still in melee range, no free strikes" then my action is plan A.
