A few things to say here:
1) Davey, I'm so sorry I never got back to you with the auditions. I just cannot get the hang of talking to a machine, and I never realized that my aversion to such a thing was so strong (even though I even have trouble with answering machines...) But I'll still try. I have a friend who likes to voice- chat, so that helps.
2) My friend (to do the fem Kohr-Ah) never even got back to me about it.
3) I'm pretty sure I lost the audition lines. The Myc ones were "look...Think...Act...etc", "A single spore lands...etc" and... "Pulsing hot liquid...", right? Wait... one of those was "Planetary transformer biot...", wasn't it? At least I have the quotes all so I can hear them, and write them down if needed.

The Ur-Quan Masters Re-Release / Technical Issues / Re: Trying to compile

OK, now that I've found that stupid install.msvc file and followed it, I still can't get rid of all errors. Here's what I still get:
c:\build\sc2\src\sc2code\libs\sound\openal\audiodrv_openal.h(32) : fatal error C1083: Cannot open include file: 'AL/al.h': No such file or directory
BSCMAKE: error BK1506 : cannot open file '.\debug_noaccel\audiodrv_openal.sbr': No such file or directory
Any clue where to find these files so I can get the whole thing? I understand the workings enough to make these work, but they need to exist first. Is there a backup, or can someone post them somewhere or something?

Proclamation: Salutations, minimally sentient organisms identified as UQM forumers. Assertion 1: Approximate date of last posting in current thread equals 12 months ago. Corollary: Probabilityproject has been abandoned greater than fifty percent. Assertion 2: Mod equals very interesting. Conclusion: Only method of confirming project status is resurrecting thread. Process: Posting...
etc...
I think that it's very interesting that someone who agrees with most as for the "not" in SCnot3 would often use the Daktaklakpak talking style. Oh, well. Can't wait to see what cookies may come from this mod. I just hope someone can make an installer or something so I can use it, with my horrible incapability to compile this game.
