Yes, it is.

Though right the only version playable is the one made by Sharkus and it only works on 1.5 (on PSP SLIM you'd have to use DA's TIME MACHINE).

Newer gamefiles work with the release as well, just rename them to 0.5.0. Hell, even the remixed OST works .
