Yeah, I noticed it needed zlib-1.dll as well, but I'm fairly sure I modified the installer to include it, odd.

You can find it here: http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/gnuwin32/zlib-1.1.4-1-bin.zip?download, that should make it work without all the hassle.

As far as I know, you shouldn't just download the update zips and unpack them, but download the actual installer and then choose the updates...

It's still not officially 0.2. What you built is a CVS version. When 0.2 is out, it will be downloadable from their website.
