not so relevant to this discussion, maybe, but does anybody know what happened to the TW forums? are they down becuase one of the developers is in the army now?

As far as I know, the TW boards are still there... It's just quiet on the public sections because there are very few postings.

There are invisible forums that the programmers use, but as I am not one of them, I don't know about the traffic there.

I follow the TimeWarp project.
Some of the developers frequemt this forum once a while.
Those who come here are Culture 20 and Youbastard!
You can put a question in any of the TimeWarp forums on the site and they (or some of the others will surely answer).
If you need something specific even I can sometimes help.
Hope this sometimes help.

Yehat_sympathizer:  Make sure that you click on Channel44 under the Contacts area to get to our forums (URL: http://dynamic.gamespy.com/~timewarp/ikonboard//ikonboard.cgi ).  The links on the web page to the Storyboard and Shipboard are links to our old forum that hasn't been used in a long while (except when people post there on accident).  If you're curious about why it quiet in TW's new boards, it's probably because everyone's playing UQM.  They'll come back after they've beaten UQM 100+ times. Wink
