i have figured out what most of the data about every single planate it, but what do they all me

If I understand the solar system generation code correctly, most of that information is just "color". However, the tectonics/weather/firestorm data is derived from the astronomical data (atmospherics, closeness to sun, size and gravity).
I think axial tilt doesn't do anything but look cool on the planet screen.
(And it's easier to figure out what the data is if you switch the displays to PC mode.)

So the axial tilt and day length do not impact the deviation of your landing site from where you aim?

You could always use the PC style menu (command line option.) I haven't tried it, but the PC version used words for all that stuff.
