I've been doing a bit of light reading through the source, and was wondering what it is that requires MIN_K_REQUIRED mentioned in sc2code/setup.c

I'm aware that it isn't used, but it says that it could be important for porting to hand helds. Don't ask me why, but I'm trying to do a gba port, so I was wondering what this number means.
