I just installed the version 0.3, and it works perfectly while in windowed mode. However, when I try to switch it to fullscreen, it fails to work. The following lines are visible before the program terminates:
... Initializing Screen. Couldn't set 320x240x16 video mode: No video mode large enough for 320x240
Then it just simply quits.
My OS is windows 98 with a RIVA TNT2 graphics card. Note: I have placed the -f parameter in the correct place, as all the other ones work...

Interesting. Maybe the TNT doesn't support 320x240? Try not giving it a -r option.

It could be your monitor too; Windows has a habit of not allowing what it _thinks_ is a bad resolution to a monitor based on what the monitor is read as with the plug&play stuff.
I've got an NVidia version of a Riva TNT2 (32MB) and it works at 320x240 for UQM in win2000, win98 and linux. I haven't checked 16bit colors, I usually use 32 or 24 bit.

Problem solved. It was simply a matter of switching to 32-bit colors. Now it works fine!
