You'll need an account with Fileplanet to obtain these. If this is a problem, reply back here stating so, and I'll upload them to some personal space.

Note: If you're unfamiliar with Fileplanet, be warned: It can be a bit difficult, and will ocassionally tell you that the file you're looking for doesn't exist. It is lying. Simply keep trying to load the page and eventually it'll work.
