Yeah. That strategy game is pretty nice. Same game with ships of Star Control 2 could be awsome. I don't think that anyone has started to convert Star Control 1 to newer computers. Or have I missed something?

And ofcourse, it'd be very nice if you were able to have custom teams, instead of Alliance versus Hierarchy...

Just to give a bit of background, topics of this type have come and gone many times. Man, I wish it would just happen, tho. But here's a list of topics that have discussed this idea (Not in any order):

Starcon with UQM ships
PC port of Genesis SC1, maybe?
Status Update - SC1 Strategy Mode addon

*Sigh* A great idea that has come and died. But who knows. Maybe it will be a reality. Someday.
