Sorry if this has already been posted, but I flipped through the first ten pages and didn't see anything about it.
I'm wondering if there's a place to d/l both the UQM and DOS version's music in a mp3 or likewise file.

The content files themselves are just zips. The ".mod" files scattered through the base content file comprise the PC soundtrack. The ".ogg" files in the remix zips, and in the 3DO-music zip, are the new or 3DO soundtracks, respectively. Winamp should handle MOD, and newer versions should be able to handle the Ogg Vorbis format, as well. (If it can't, check out the Ogg Vorbis download section.)

The base folder has a "content" directory. If you did a basic install from our downloads page, then the MODs will be mixed in with the rest of the data in INSTALLDIR\content\packages\uqm-0.3-content.zip. The OGG files will be in INSTALLDIR\content\packages\uqm-0.3-3domusic.zip. Those files both have lots of subdirectories in their zipfiles, as mentioned by novus, but they're kind of hard to deal with directly unless you've got Windows XP.
