Well, i would love to listen to some of the race tunes from sc2. I guess its those *.snd files. I tried a plugin but no luck, any ideas ?

no its the .MOD files actually and you can play them with winamp.

content/comm/[race]/[race].mod contains the conversation background music for each race, for example content/comm/arilou/arilou.mod or content/comm/mycon/mycon.mod. Remixed race music in OGG format is used instead of the MOD if it is named content/comm/[race]/[race].ogg.
