problem with shofixti

i gave tanaka the shofixti females, then went to "convince" the illwrath to leave. i was returning to earth suspecting to find shofixti delegations, but they werent there!, why is that?
and are the pkunk really gone?(they went to the yehat)

How much time did you give the shofixti to "replenish"? I think it requires two months. As for the phunk, they are not gone for good, but for the moment they are beyond your reach.

Hint: There is a better reason to get the Ilwrath to leave, instead of saving the Pkunk. The Ilwrath are killing Pkunk, but they will not kill the Pkunk entirely. You should really wait until you find a good time to get them to wage war.

The Pkunk are indeed naieve. You know that the Yehat hate the Pkunk, and will gladly kill them. You need to talk the Pkunk out of killing themselves with their quest of friendship. If you don't save them, then they are really dead. Hayes will mention it as well.

the pkunk allready got absorbed by the yehat before i allied with the yehat, gone for good?
and the illwrath are almost done getting themselves annihilated by the thradashh

The pkunk will be absorbed into the Yehat culture, they dont die so dont worry too much about them. You can convince them to turn back a few times but after that they WILL go to the Yehat.

I have progressed a lot and all im missing is the chmmr quest, but the mycon wont fall for the "there's a great world at organnon" trick. why is that?(i told the ones in beta brahe)

Most.  Reported.  "Bug."  Ever.

The clue was for some reason dropped in the 3DO version, but Beta Brahe is *not* the Mycon Homeworld.  Check other stars near it.
