Random fleet generator

I don't know whether anyone else likes playing Super Melee with random fleets, but I've ported my old SC2 random fleet generator to UQM. The desired point value of the new fleets can be set from the command line, and specific ships can be completely excluded (*cough* Mycon *cough*). The source is available from http://www.iki.fi/jsnell/software/files/uqmrand.c, and a Windows executable from http://www.iki.fi/jsnell/software/files/uqmrand.exe. The latter is completely untested, so I'd appreciate reports on whether it works or not.

The program overwrites melee.cfg, so you might want to save any fleets you've been working on before running it.
