Or maybe those hypnotic powers just make you think she's hotter than she really is. We've all heard of beer goggles, after all; the Syreen must have such abilities multiplied many times, given that they can, at least momentarily, seduce even the VUX, who normally regurgitate when they look at anything human-shaped. And I don't really want to think about what sexually torturing the Mycon would be like. (Mushrooms are supposed to be phallic, but... that's just symbolism, c'mon.)

I almost imagine a horrifying scene when Talana's control slips that would resemble that scene in Naked Gun 33 1/3... hard to describe if you haven't seen it.

I've heard of beer goggles giving beer breasts and beer looks, but blue? I think thats a combination of alcohol and a couple of illegal substances, too =p
