Help!

Lucky me found a game thought lost and gone forever.

Lucky me downloads (ca.2h), trembling fingers...
Lucky me Installs and tries to play.
gets error messages. curses. looks through forum and experiments with the games options. curses again

I downloaded the packages content, 3d0music and Win32installer manually.

the dirs seem to be in order.

uqm\
uqm\content
uqm\content\version
uqm\content\packages\ugm-0.3-content.zip

I'm running win2kPro on an AMD1600+

this is what UQM tells me if i try to run it.
Does anyone have a clue what the hack i do wrong?

It sounds like your uqm-0.3-content.zip file is bad.
Maybe it's not completely downloaded. It should be 12554418 bytes.
Or there could be something else wrong with the file. The download page contains an md5 checksum for it. There are lots of programs out there that can verify md5 sums. This one for instance.
