That link abowe gives me the exact transfer speeds both ways. I think it's the max limit of that "tester".
My 100mbit line should boast up to 13.5 mbytes/sec. And it does it when I connect to my friends living "inside" same university network at Tampere, Finland.
To "outer world" outside our network, I'll get maximum download bandwith about >1 mbyte/sec.
So to outside our network it's about 10 mbit connection. But inside 100 mbit, and that's what I like a much.

All right! Cox just upgraded their service. From 3000/384 to 4000/512 Kbits. (384/48 KiloBytes/sec to 512/64 KB) Here's my new results... - 3566/436 (445/54 KByte) - 3351/482 (418/60 KByte) I live close to the Cox office, so I know I'll get really good speeds. They also offer a premium 5000/768 line. I hope they keep increasing their speed, for free of course.
