Star Control Fan Film?

Hey Star Control fans - do you think there would be any interest in an Ur Quan Masters fan film series?

I had originally bought a GL2 camera, a green screen and 3d studio max for a work project and now was thinking about playing around with it.... maybe doing a loosely based Star Control series - follow the general storyline, add in some additional comedy and some major intergalactic battles?

It could get the Star Control brand out there again maybe... do you think it would have potential to be fun?

I guess it depends on the scope. The small-scale projects people have put together have been received well.

However, none of that included any real story or acting.

There's the hard part...

Wow...I like the idea, but I think it might be a bit too difficult...

I always liked the idea of a red VS blue type of thing, SuperMelee style =p
